John F. Daly February 14, 1943 - June 14, 2024 My father passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, at the age of 81.

He went by the name Jack.

Jack grew up in a loving home in Manchester, CT, and was the son of the late Mary and John F. Daly Sr. and the older brother to Dottie (Duckett) and Alan Daly.

He graduated from Manchester High School, where he met his wife, Phyllis, and were married for 60 years. They resided in Bolton, CT, for all of those years.

He provided for his family as a butcher for 35 years, then as a custodian for the Bolton Center School until his retirement.

He had been a proud member of the Bolton Loins Club, Bolton Fire Department and a softball coach. In his retirement years, he enjoyed visits from his sister, reading, playing Wii bowling, playing cribbage, sharing jokes and riddles with family and friends, also caring for his orange plants.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Phyllis Daly, and his four awesome kids, Mike Daly with wife Suzy of Geneva, IL, Michelle Yorgensen of Manchester, CT, Connie Vincent with husband David of Vernon and John F. Daly III of Bolton, and a brother, Alan Daly of East Hartford.
