Died in a car accident 1/18/1996.

Judy (Mozzer) Bozek, 52, of 32 Ten Acre Road, New. Britain, died Thursday (Jan. 18, 1996). She was born in Manchester, the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Fitzpatrick) Mozzer. She was employed by the Town of West Hartford in the Assessor’s office. She was a graduate of Manchester High School, a member of St. Maurice Church in New Britain, she was treasurer of the American Le­gion Post 6 Auxiliary in New Brit­ain. She leaves her husband, State Senator Thomas A. Bozek; three daughters, Mary B. Sirois of Berlin, Elizabeth A. Bozek of New Britain and Cathleen C. Cooke of New Britain; two sisters, Elizabeth Maceyka of Denver, CO, Mary Ann Bozio of Hebron; a brother, Edwin Mozzer of West Hartford; two grandchildren, Sarah Sirois and Patrick Sirois; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas F. Mozzer.  Funeral Services will be Monday Jan. 22, 9:30 a.m. at St. Maurice Church New Britain where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Britain. Calling hours at the Haffey-Lyons & Kiniry Funeral Home, 60 Winter St., New Britain, will be Saturday. Jan. 20, 5-7 p.m. and Sunday Jan. 21 from 3-7 p.m.
