Walter Izikewicz Jr., 38; of Summer St, died Monday at Farmington Medical Center. He was the husband of Barbara (Upton) Izikewicz .
He was born in Manchester on June 23, 1943 and had been a lifelong resident. He was employed as a chief engineer for Able. Scale & Equipment Corp. where he had worked for the past 19 years. He was a graduate of the class of 1961 of Manchester High School and of the Porter School of Design, Rocky Hill. He was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
Besides his wife he leaves his parents, Walter and Attie (Banavige) Izikewicz of East Hartford; a daughter, Jodi home; a brother, Randall L. Izikewicz of Glastonbury; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9.a.m. from St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be Cemetery. Friends may call Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 p.m.
