
Linda (Holman) Warner, 62, of Andover and formerly of Manchester, beloved wife of Nelson R. Warner Jr., passed away Sunday (March 12, 2006) at her home. She was born April 17, 1943 in Hartford, daughter of the late Walter and Grace (Legg) Holman. Linda grew up in Manchester and was a graduate of Manchester High School’s Class of 1961. She has been a resident of Andover since 1966 and had been an Asst. Assessor with the Town of Andover for 20 years. Mrs. Warner was a member of the Andover Congregational Church and a longtime member of the choir. Besides her loving husband, Linda is survived by her son Nelson R. “Rob” Warner. Ill and his wife Stacey of Round Hill VA., her daughter, Julie Carol Morris and her husband Brendan of Coventry, four grandchildren, Collin and Audrey Warner, Timothy and Katelyn Morris, her brother Richard Holman of Glastonbury, her sister Carol Smith of San Diego, CA. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday March 18, at 11 a.m. at the Andover Congregational Church, Route 6, in Andover. Burial be private in the Townsend Cemetery in Andover. There are no calling hours. The Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester has care of arrangements.
