Robert Hean Foster of Florham Park, N.J., passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the age of 69. Mr. Foster was born and raised in Manchester, Conn. He was a graduate of Lehigh University and NYU. He worked in the banking business for many years in Manhattan. He is survived by his wife, Carol Coons Foster; a daughter and her husband, Lindsey and Lee Kastberg of Denver, Colo., and two step-sons, Jonathan Laius of Portland, Ore., and Scott Laius of Boston, Mass.; a sister, Linda Nixon of Boston and Cape Cod, Mass., and a grandson, Jake Richard Kastberg of Denver, Colo. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the American Cancer Society .
