PERKINS, Susan L. 

Susan L. (Brown) Perkins, 69, of Harwich Port, MA, formerly of Manchester, CT, passed away peacefully after a brief illness at Cape Cod Hospital, on the morning of Sunday (November 4, 2012). Born in Manchester, CT on January 27, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Alwin G. and Alice (Roach) Brown. Susan is predeceased by her husband, Robert "Bob" Perkins in 2002. They were married for 39 years. Susan had a strong love of nature and of history. Susan will be remembered for her volunteering and giving back to the community. Susan is survived by her daughters, Sarah Edwards, her husband, Steve, and Martha Perkins; her sons, James Perkins, his wife, Jessica, and Timothy Perkins; four grandchildren, Becky, Sierra, Kelcie, and Quinn. She also leaves a much beloved sister, Molly Muccio, and her husband, Dean, their children; Heather, Marissa, and Matt. 
A Memorial Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Christ Church Episcopal, Route 28, Harwich Port.
